Report on Water Keg Distribution for Maradi Humanist Mutual Aid (Niger Republic)

On the 25th of March 2024, two members of the group and I went to the market. We bought 40 water kegs there and took them back to our community at the outskirts of Maradi.

The original six members of Maradi Humanists were recently joined by 4 other new members. The 10 members were separated into three groups and each was presented with 10 kegs for their use.

These kegs will help us store water when the government trucks come around. The water jugs can be used for all daily activities - this saves their parents and children the stress of getting water at a far distance.

This is the first support we received from HuMAN. We are delighted they helped us and we are extremely grateful to their donors.
