The third session of the sex education series was held on February 08, 2025, led by Nivya Thomas, a Consultant Psychologist from Mind Solutions, Thiruvalla. The afternoon session began with a warm welcome, followed by a recap of the previous class.

The speaker covered essential topics, including gender, contraceptive methods, pregnancy, and abortion, using an informative PowerPoint presentation. Additionally, she shared memory enhancement tips, which were highly beneficial for the student's academic progress.

To maintain engagement, an interactive activity was conducted. Students were given sheets featuring pictures of snakes with scattered parts, and they had to find and match the missing pieces. This activity emphasized the lesson that challenging tasks require patience and effort.

The session concluded with Ganga from the Plus Two class sharing her positive feedback, followed by a vote of thanks. Overall, the class was insightful and greatly appreciated by the students.

This was our second last session of the Sex Education Project. We are truly grateful to Humanist for giving us this opportunity. These sessions have been meaningful and helpful for our teenage students, allowing them to break gender barriers and develop mutual respect for each other.
